The Design: The typeface chosen with its swirly, fluid, handwritten-like typeface is meant to evoke the yummy, fun, happy-loving feeling you get when you drop by your local “friendly neighbourhood” ice-cream shop
The beautiful dessert imagery throughout the flyer is colorful and fun and should make the audience feel welcomed to come visit the shop for a taste of deliciousness
The pastel colour treatment throughout the flyer compliments the colourful dessert imagery and continues to evoke an inviting, serene, happy feeling
From a marketing perspective, sale call-outs on the inside is attention grabbing and still really pops out from the colourful ice-cream imagery. The back panel, in particular, lends real estate to promote a new product launch which is strategically placed on the outside panels of the flyer to allow for more opportunity to be seen and be most memorable as it could be the last or first thing to be seen. By adding in the address chip, it makes it easier for new customers to find the shop and existing customers to remember the location
